For my second technology sample, I decided to make a bulletin board. For this project, I enjoyed using the site called “Padlet.com”. This site is wonderful for displaying information for any topic. It’s useful to summarize a large amount of information for class notes and final exams. Students have the opportunity to post their opinions on the subject. Present in a virtual way where it intrigues students learning experience skills.
At first, I wanted to use Padlet to improve students understanding and address their needs. Students are different in their own unique ways. I would use this bulletin board to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and most importantly the students. Padlet can allow students to access questions anonymously throughout the day giving them the chance to read and answer whatever assignment is given.
At last, for this particular project, I created a bulletin board titled “Is Exercise Physiology Important to You?”. I wanted to share this lesson with juniors and seniors of a High School and in physical education. As a future educator I put in text of important factors for achieving physical fitness and health. The first thing I decided to do is give definitions on this topic. Secondly I asked the question on what does the phrase “listen to your body” mean?”. I included videos from YouTube and images from google. This was my decision to support my students with building blocks for allowing information for them to use their opinions.
